C-K Engineering, Inc. specializes in state-of-the art cylinder kit measurement and computer modeling products incorporating the latest in electronic design and optical capabilities MODELING: Cylinder kit, piston motion, ring conformability, and finite element analysis. PROMPT is a state-of-the-art Windows-based cylinder kit analysis model. Cylinder kit dimensional data is entered through an input tree to access data entry screens. Default values are available for use in cases where complete data may not be available. However, use of default values may decrease the precision of results.
PRECISION & MEASURING DEVICES: Piston and piston ring gages as well as surface finish analysis tools and our ultimate fluid sensor. C-K Engineering has developed a family of bore replicator systems with unique technology which allow surface finish measurements to be made in areas that have previously been very difficult.
CKE has developed a new low-cost fluid level sensor that is unaffected by vibration. The ideal use of this sensor is as an oil level sensor for splash lubricated engines; it also work well in areas where motion is applied to a fluid reservoir. This new Oil Level Sensor is a reliable, accurate, and affordable system that, with slight modification, is capable of working in any fluid and in a variety of applications.
