The Universal Setup Master is a new, economical device developed for use in setting up the Tangential Tension Gage - LT for the precision measurement of piston ring tension.  The unit consists of simple two-piece sliding construction  combined with standard gage blocks to accommodate a diameter range of 3.750"-4.2".
